The course will also help you be confident about creating a personal pledge on how you can make an impact within your organisation.
This course is suitable for anyone who is responsible for managing staff and would like to improve and benefit from an inclusive work environment. No experience or prior training is required.
We have experience in running this course in public and private organisations.

We also run courses in various locations in central Birmingham such as the Cornwall Buildings in the Jewellery quarter.
Parking is available at Faraday Wharf and is located on Love Lane off Holt Street. Please note that parking here is charged and subject to availability.
Both Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor Street rail stations are situated just a short 15-minute walk away from the Innovation Birmingham Campus. Birmingham New Street is also within a 20-minute walk.

The Online Diversity & Inclusion training courses are run on Zoom or Teams.
You will be sent a link to join the training session the day before the course along with any course materials needed.
The courses run from 9:30 am to 4/4:30 pm
We usually limit the number of delegates to a maximum of 10 on our public courses. Specific timings are flexible, but generally, the day will run as follows:
