Assertiveness Skills - Learn how to be more confident when communicating in the workplace. This is a great course that will give you the skills to get your point across while still maintaining relationships in a variety of workplace scenarios.

Conflict Management - Learn the strategies that can be used in order to maintain working relationships and minimise the impact of productivity that arises from the conflict between team members.

Coaching Skills for Managers - Develop your coaching skills to positively impact your staff's learning and ability to perform.

Public Leadership Courses in Birmingham

Our public courses are limited to 6 delegates max so you can have better interaction with the trainer, allowing for tailored advice depending on the delegate's own situation and experience. Our public management courses are open to everyone, you do not have to be an employee of a company.

The courses are either 1 or 2-day courses running from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm with lunch included.

Delegates will also receive a delegate manual/course note and a certificate of completion.

Private Management Courses

Private Management courses can be held at your premises anywhere in Birmingham, West Midlands or throughout the UK. Don't have the capacity to hold the training at your premises? That's fine, we can hold the training at a suitable alternative venue

The course content or our private management training can be tailored to suit your business's management requirements or it can be run as our standard, public course outline. 

We can hold one-to-one or group management training but we do recommend that the number of delegates is kept to 8 so that the attendees get the most out of the training. That being said, we are more than happy to run courses for larger groups, whatever your number of attendees please get in touch. 

Where in Birmingham are the Management Courses held?

The public Leadership & Management courses are held in Birmingham city centre, usually in The Ccornwall Buildings (see full address below).

The building is centrally located within a 5-minute walk from Birmingham New Street Train Station and close to the bus station as well as public car parks.

So if you are travelling to us from one of Birmingham's suburbs or one of the surrounding areas it is easy to get the course.

The Online Management courses are live and interactive, held over Zoom. They follow the same course outline as the classroom-based course and have a maximum class size of 6, so you still have plenty of time with the tutor to ask questions.
