Online Training Courses

Join our 5 Star Rated online Virtual Classroom training from the comfort of your home or office, anywhere in the world.
These can be private courses at dates to suit you or you can join one of our public scheduled courses.

Online Virtual Classroom-based training is the ideal solution for people who would like to get the benefits of classroom training but have problems getting to one of our locations, or have a lower training budget.

Our Virtual Classroom courses offer:

Learning through Participation: You will be fully participating in activities and interacting live with your trainer.

Interactive Learning & Support: You can ask questions, share your screen, and see other delegates (if you want to!) for a virtual classroom experience.

Small Class Sizes of up to 6: Our scheduled courses are limited to 6 delegates so everyone can get ongoing support throughout the day.

Convenience: You can join from wherever you have internet access.

3 months online support: If you get stuck after the course, email us and we will get back to you with help and advice.

Tailored content: For private courses, you can choose what you want to cover and discuss this with the trainer beforehand.

Less cost: Our virtual classroom courses cost less because we don't have to provide a room, lunch, and biscuits! (You can bring your own!) And you don't have to travel.

You will be fully participating in the class, interacting with the trainer (and other delegates if you want to). The courses all include exercises and activities which you will be doing with the rest of the delegates with the support of your trainer.

Private group and one to one online courses:

We offer private virtual classroom courses from 2 hours to 2 days depending upon your requirements.
The timings will be arranged to suit you.

Public group online courses

We offer monthly scheduled public courses which are ideal for people who don't have the budget for a private course. These courses are limited to 6 delegates so you can get personal help throughout the course.

1. Joining the Virtual Classroom

You will be sent an email with a link to join the course.

You will need to download the Zoom exe file. We suggest you do this 15mins before the start time. If you have already been using Zoom you will probably not need to do this.

When you join you be put into a 'Waiting Room'

2. We'll show you around

When ready the trainer will add you to the classroom.

The trainer will give you some quick guidance on the tools available to you within the classroom - e.g. how to ask questions, mute, share your screen etc.

3. The course starts at 9.30am

When the learners are comfortable with the interface the training will begin.

There is a maximum of 6 learners on the courses so you all get personal help and you can always ask if you have any questions as you go along.

4. Questions and Screenshare

The courses are practical courses where you can:

Ask questions
Undertake exercises
Share your screen for trainer support and feedback
There will also be regular breaks throughout the day

5. Breaks

The course finishes around 4.30 and you will be given regular breaks throughout the day.

With only 6 delegates on our courses, we can be flexible about the duration of breaks.

So if you are a coffee addict - don't worry you will be fine :-)

6. After the course

After your course you will receive:

Detailed course notes

A certificate of achievement

3 months online support

Privacy and rules

It is best if you are willing to show your face - but you can select not to show your webcam video if you prefer. If you share your screen only the trainer will see it.

If you want to ask the trainer a private question/ or make a comment privately you can do this via the chat function.
