Administration and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for someone to help us with the administration of our training courses and in our customer service and marketing.
Administration tasks
- Printing of delegate manuals
- Preparing digital manuals
- Sending out Post Course materials
- Getting catering supplies for Manchester training rooms
- Cleaning and sorting Manchester training rooms
- Supporting the booking team
Customer Service & Marketing tasks
- Sales – follow up emails and calls
- Helping organise course dates
- Helping organise venues
- Updating email lists with delegates/bookers
- Updating Reed and Find Courses directories
- Help with Social Media marketing
- Blog writing
Requirements for the role
- You must live locally to our Manchester office at Manchester Science Park, M15 6LR
- You must be enthusiastic, and energetic
- You need good communication skills, writen and verbal
- You should have some experience in administration
- You must have at least three A Levels
- You must be happy to work at home and in the office
- You will need to be a self-starter
What we are offering
- A salary of £18,000 to £24,000 per annum
- Hybrid Working
- We will consider Part Time or Full Time
